The leaders may only need a draw from this one but there is little doubt they will want to get over the line convincingly.

The Reds have won six straight Premier League matches at Anfield and the atmosphere inside the stadium will surely inspire them to blow Tottenham away here.

Spurs have lost three straight league away games and this is the toughest of the lot.

Rodrigo Bentancur to commit a foul

Bentancur sits at the base of the Tottenham midfield, trying to shield a backline that leaves itself so open regularly.

He has committed a foul in 13 of his last 15 league appearances, including more than one in six of them.

Guglielmo Vicario to make over 3.5 saves

Liverpool have had more than four shots on target in all but five of their 33 Premier League matches this season.

That run includes six, six and eight in their last three games, while they had 11 in the reverse fixture at Tottenham in December.

Tottenham have shipped four or more shots on target in eight of their last nine matches, so Vicario is bound to be busy here.

Mohamed Salah to score 2+ goals

Salah is on an unusually long run of four league matches without a goal but there were signs against Leicester that the drought is nearly over.

The Egyptian had seven shots at the King Power Stadium, including one that hit both posts, and posted an xG of 1.1.

On what looks set to be a famous day in Liverpool’s history, it makes sense to back Salah to dislodge the blockage and get involved in the fun.

Virgil van Dijk to have a header on target

Since signing a new contract at Liverpool, Van Dijk has been like a man possessed in the attacking box.

The Dutchman scored the second of his two efforts against West Ham earlier this month, before getting another two headed efforts away against Leicester last week.

Backing him to get one on target in this long shot makes sense.

Trent Alexander Arnold to have a shot on target from outside the box

Alexander-Arnold has started 26 league matches this season and had 28 shots from outside the box.

After his winner at Leicester last weekend, we fancy to him to be in the mood for another pop or two from distance against Tottenham.
