Back this 42/1 Championship acca on Tuesday

The Championship returns on Tuesday evening and our football tipster Adam Drury (@Adam_Drury1) has put together a four-fold from across the eight matches.

He fancies success on the road for two of the division's top four, as well as picking out an anytime goalscorer and a bet from a big game in the relegation battle.

Selection #1 - Oxford draw no bet vs Luton (Evens)

Seeing Oxford priced up as underdogs at home to a team that has lost its last 11 away games and sits 23rd in the table is remarkable.

Traders still seem to be applying the 'newly-relegated' tag to Luton but they are in the bottom three on merit – and produced an uninspiring performance in Matt Bloomfield's first game in charge at the weekend, drawing 0-0 at home to Preston.

By contrast, their hosts are six matches unbeaten under Gary Rowett, who has only tasted defeat in his first game away at leaders Leeds since joining the club in December.

That run includes wins in all three of his home matches, including against Blackburn on Saturday.

Selection #2 - Sunderland to beat Derby (23/20)

Having made a promising start to life back in the second tier, Derby are careering down the table at speed.

The Rams have lost their last four Championship matches and failed to score in three of those games, most recently losing 2-0 to Watford at Pride Park on Saturday.

While Paul Warne's side are still creating decent opportunities to score, turning their fortunes around against promotion-hunters Sunderland is an uphill task.

Only two missed penalties denied Regis Le Bris' side an impressive victory at Burnley on Friday and they had won four of their previous six league games.

Selection #3 - Rocco Vata to score vs Preston (9/2)

This looks a classic example of a price that is unlikely to exist in three months' time.

Rocco Vata has scored three goals for Watford, including an FA Cup stunner against Fulham a couple of weeks ago, and looks set for more in the coming weeks.

The left-sided forward ranks above all of his team-mates for shots per 90 minutes in the Championship and is only now establishing himself as a regular starter.

The Hornets' striker Vakoun Bayo can be backed at 15/8 and we reckon Vata justifies odds not much longer than that, so he has to be taken at a price that suggests the bookies simply haven't noticed him.

Selection #4 - Sheffield United draw no bet vs Swansea (5/6)

Backing Sheffield United with the insurance of money back in the case of a draw is a safe place to be this season.

The Blades have only lost four of their 27 league matches, winning 17, and have recovered from a mini-wobble by putting together back-to-back victories against Watford and Norwich.

Chris Wilder's side travel to Swansea, where morale is not high after they suffered the ignominy of a 3-0 South Wales derby defeat at Cardiff on Saturday.

The Swans have lost home matches against Leeds and Sunderland this season and another tough evening against a member of the Championship's dominant top four likely awaits.
