Paris Saint-Germain travel to San Sebastián on Tuesday night with a healthy two-goal advantage over Real Sociedad in the Champions League Round-of-16.

The Spanish side were firmly beaten 2-0 in Paris three weeks ago thanks to goals from Kylian Mbappe and rising star Bradley Barcola. La Real will be looking to pull off a miraculous comback at the Anoeta Stadium this midweek.

How to Watch Real Sociedad vs PSG in the UK:

The match, alongside every remaining Champions League tie, will be exclusively shown on TNT Sports. Kick-off is 8pm on Tuesday night with build-up starting from 7pm.

Recent Form:

PSG look set to stroll through to the quarter-final stage of the Champions League for the first time since 2020/21, having been dumped out during the round of 16 by Bayern Munich and Real Madrid in the past two seasons. PSG’s wealth of talent in attack which includes Mbappe, Ousmane DembeleBarcola and Goncalo Ramos could spell disaster for La Real’s hopes of progressing.

The French champions have drawn their last two league matches (0-0 away to Monaco and 1-1 at home to Rennes), and so will be looking to return to winning ways in Spain on Tuesday. PSG are however unbeaten in all competitions since November, a 2-1 away loss to AC Milan during the group stage.

With just one win in their last nine games, Sociedad have a huge task to overturn a two-goal deficit against a rampant PSG side. La Real suffered a 3-2 away defeat to Sevilla in La Liga on Saturday, five days after bowing out of the Copa Del Rey semi-finals with a second leg defeat to Mallorca on penalties.

Team News:

The Parisians side will be without injured centre-back pairing Milan Škriniar and Presnel Kimpembe, with first-choice defensive duo Danilo and Marquinhos expected to start.

Sociedad know they will be without the services of first-team midfielder Álvaro Odriozola, full-back Aihen Muñoz and long-serving defender Aritz Elustondo for Tuesday’s crucial clash.

Betting Odds:

PSG are as short as 1/10 on to qualify from the tie with 888sport. Both SkyBet and UniBET are offering 7/1 for La Real to progress to the final eight on the night. Unsurprisingly, Mbappe, who has 32 goals in 33 games this campaign, is backed at 6/4 with Bet365 to score anytime.

If Real Sociedad are to turn the tie on its head, they would require an iconic performance from captain and tricky forward Mikel Oyazabal. The Basque-native is at 16/1 to score two or more goals. These goals will be vital if La Real are to set up extra time and penalties.

Although the first leg was relatively end-to-end, only two yellow cards were issued throughout the 90 minutes. A low card affair of under 4.5 cards is priced at a decent 11/10 with UniBET.

Predicton:

With a seemingly insurmountable hill to climb, expect La Real to bow out here to a whimper. OddsNow back Real Madrid-bound Mbappe to find the net as PSG cruise through to the quarter-finals.

OddsNow's Pick: PSG to win to nil with Mbappe scoring anytime (10.25/1 @ UniBET)
