Manchester City look to seal a record fourth consecutive Premier League title with victory over West Ham on Sunday.

A ninth successive victory will see them hold off second-placed Arsenal on the final day of the campaign. City secured a 3-1 away win in the reverse fixture back in September.

Kick-off is set for 4pm UK time at the Etihad Stadium.

Recent Form

Manchester City

As is the norm for this time of year, City have found form at the perfect time as they look to become the first side to win four Premier League titles in a row. Only a major mishap this weekend will prevent them from doing so, as they sit two points clear of Arsenal heading into the final weekend.

Only Liverpool boast a better home record than Pep Guardiola's side this season. City are also the highest-scoring team in the division, with 93 goals netted across 37 matches so far. They have also scored 14 goals across their last three outings at the Etihad, and prepare to welcome a West Ham side without a clean sheet in their last 18 league matches.

City also boast the joint-second best defensive record at home, conceding only 15 goals on home soil this term. Guardiola's men have also managed 13 clean sheets in total, with six of these coming at the Etihad. They come into the fixture having recorded back-to-back clean sheets in wins over Fulham and Tottenham Hotspur respectively.

West Ham

The Hammers have confirmed that manager David Moyes will depart the club at the end of the season, with former Spain and Real Madrid boss Julen Lopetegui set to take over. West Ham find themselves ninth in the table, but have endured a torrid second half of the campaign.

Recording just four league wins in 2024, their 3-1 win over Luton Town last week was their first in four matches. They have also suffered consecutive losses in away outings, conceding a combined ten goals to Crystal Palace and Chelsea in the process.

West Ham have made habit of conceding chances to opposition sides, particularly on the road. Averaging an alarming expected goals against (xGA) tally of 2.02 in away fixtures, Guardiola's freescoring City side will be licking their lips heading into the fixture.

Anything other than a City win will see one of the biggest collapses on the final day in Premier League history. The home victory almost seems a given, and given City's incredible goalscoring record, OddsNow back the hosts to secure a record fourth consecutive Premier League title in style on Sunday.
