Lille host mid-table Strasbourg as the hosts look to close the distance on third-placed Monaco on Sunday afternoon.
Kick-off is set for 2pm UK time at Stade Pierre Mauroy.
Lille head into Sunday’s clash in fourth place on 49 points just three behind Monaco, who occupy the final Champions League qualification place (W13 D10 L5). They know a win will boost their hopes of playing in Europe's elite competition next season.
They are unbeaten in their last five league matches, and secured a 3-1 win over Marseille in their most recent home outing. Lille have been imperious at home this campaign, collecting 33 of their 49 points in front of their own fans (W10 D3 L1).
Les Douges have been a solid goal-scoring side this season scoring 42 goals, with 28 coming at home. They have also scored in all of their home games this season.
Defensively they have been immense at home, with just the eight goals being conceded at the Pierre Mauroy. This has enabled them to collect 14 total clean sheets, with eight of them coming at home.
Strasbourg, meanwhile, find themselves safe in twelfth position on 36 points (W9 D9 L11). They come into Sunday's clash on the back of one defeat in their last five matches. Their last match saw them record a 3-1 home victory over ten-man Reims.
Strasbourg have not been the strongest in front of goal, with just the 33 goals scored so far. Only 14 of these goals have been scored away from home. They have also failed to score in four of their 14 away trips.
Defensively, they have not been the strongest either. 21 of their 40 goals conceded have come away from home. This has led to them collecting only two clean sheets on their travels this term.
The home side's goalscoring form, combined with the visitors' leaky defence, surely means goals can be expected in this one. Lille have scored at least two goals in 64% of their home fixtures, and face a Strasbourg side with little to play for given their mid-table position.
