Everton were handed a four-point boost ahead of their hosting of West Ham United in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon. The Toffees' initial ten-point deduction for breaching financial rules was reduced to six points earlier this week, moving them up to 15th in the table heading into their 27th game of the season.

When is Everton vs West Ham?

The two sides will kick-off at Goodison Park at 3pm on Saturday afternoon in the Premier League.

How to Watch Everton vs West Ham:

Everton vs West Ham is not being broadcast live in England. Highlights will be available on Sky Sports' YouTube channel shortly after full-time.

Team News:

Everton will be without Arnaut Danjuma who's it out with a calf injury. Andre Gomes and Idrissa Gueye are also sidelined with groin injuries.

Recent Form:

Everton are without a win in nine league games. West Ham hadn’t tasted victory in six of their last seven until they disposed of a struggling Brentford side 4-2 in the capital on Monday.

The Toffees were unlucky not to snatch all three points last time out away to Brighton after a Jarrad Branthwaite strike on the edge of the box was cancelled out by a Lewis Dunk header in injury time.

Sean Dyche's side were however handed a welcome boost on Monday afternoon after it was announced their 10-point deduction for a breach of Profit and Sustainability Rules would be reduced to six following an appeal. The reduction moved them five points clear of relegation zone and into 15th ahead of this weekend.

The Hammers meanwhile sit in eighth following the win over Brentford, one point ahead of Wolves in ninth and level on points with Brighton ahead in seventh.

Betting Odds:

The home side come in at 11/10 with QuinnBet and BetGoodwin with an implied probability of 47.62%.

West Ham meanwhile enter the match at 47/18 with vBet carrying an implied probability of 27.69%. The Hammers are winless on the road in the league in 2024.

A draw between the sides comes in at 13/5 with Bet365, carrying an implied probability of 27.78%.

Prediction:

Everton rank 18th in goals scored per match (1.1 goals), and the combined xG of Everton forwards this season is 16.67 - yet they have totalled just five goals between them so far.

Lead striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin hasn’t scored a goal in 20 games. The Englishman's last did however come in the reverse fixture where he grabbed the winner at the London Stadium to secure a 1-0 away victory over the Hammers.

OddsNow's Pick: Everton 2-1 West Ham with Calvert-Lewin to score anytime (4.9/1 @ SkyBet)
