The final Nations League matchday of 2024 concludes on Tuesday evening as the final round of fixtures take place across the continent.

Odds Now's Brad Walker signs off his international coverage with an intriguing 4-1 accumulator.

Brad Walker's Nations League bet-builder selections

Selection #1 - Czech Republic to beat Georgia (10/11)

The hosts come into this one in bouyant form after going unbeaten in their last four outings.

In fact, their last defeat came against Tuesday's opponents, when Georgia handed them a 4-1 loss back in September.

Nevertheless, Ivan Hasek's men have left themselves in a strong position to gain revenge and will take further confidence from their recent home form.

The Czech Rebublic haven't lost any of their last 10 home outings, nine of which ended in victory.

Coupled with the stuttering form of a Georgia side who, after beginning their Nations League campaign with two victories, have now failed to win any of their last three, backing the home victory looks a pretty safe bet here.

Selection #2 - Wales to beat Iceland (4/6)

Craig Bellamy has made a stellar start to his tenure as Wales manager, guiding his country to a five-match unbeaten run since taking over the role back in July.

The run has left them second in their Nations League group ahead of their third home outing against their Icelandic counterparts.

And while the visitors returned to winning ways against Montenegro last time out, Iceland still head to Cardiff in patchy form.

The Montenegrins are the only side Age Heraide's men hold victories so far in this competition.

Iceland have also lost three of their last five on the road, yet face a Wales side who have lost just once in their last eight on home patch.

The only blemish was a penalty shootout defeat to Poland in the Euro 2024 play-offs.

Selection #3 - Malta to beat Andorra (7/10)

The final selection centres on Malta's National Stadium, where the small Meditteranean nation plays host to Andorra.

Malta have won two of their opening three Nations League matches, both of which ended in 1-0 victories against Andorra and Moldova respectively.

Combined with their 2-0 win over Liechtenstein on Thursday, Davide Mazzotta's side have now not only recorded three wins on the bounce but have done so without conceding a goal.

Meanwhile, Andorra are in the midst of a torrid run of form.

Barring a 2-0 win over San Marino, they've not won any of their last 22 matches.

17 of those have ended in defeat.
