Unified featherweight champion Amanda Serrano (46-2-1, 30KOs) returns to her native Puerto Rico as she headlines in the main event against former European champion Nina Meinke (18-3, 4KOs) of Germany.
The fight will be fought over 12, three-minute rounds - the second time Serrano has fought over this distance after she dominated Danila Ramos in Orlando last October.
Meinke will be seeking to become world champion at the second time of asking after losing a unanimous decision to former Serrano opponent Sarah Mahfoud in April 2022 for the IBF title. The German also lost to Irish sensation Katie Taylor via TKO7 in 2017 in a non-title fight.

Serrano understandably enters the bout a huge favourite having won all four of her contests since a narrow split-decision loss to the aforementioned Taylor at lightweight in 2022. The 35-year-old has won world titles in seven separate weight divisions, and she previously reigned as undisputed champion at 126lbs before dropping the WBC belt in December last year.
Both QuinnBet and BetGoodwin have her at 1/16 to win outright with an implied chance of 86.21% chance of winning.
Meinke meanwhile comes in at 14/1 with PaddyPower with an implied chance of just 6.7% four days out from fight night.
The Puerto Rican already boasts 30 stoppages in 46 career victories, giving her a though she hasn't won inside the distance since a KO9 versus Daniela Bermudez in March 2021. That fight also took place at featherweight.
SkyBet have Serrano at 10/11 to win by stoppage with an implied chance of 52.38%.
The longer distance will also provide Serrano with greater opportunity to wear Meinke down as she seeks an emphatic finish in front of her home fans in the early hours of Sunday. Coupled with her now having experienced the full 12 x 3 minute-round distance, OddsNow expect Serrano to stop Meinke on her feet during the final third of the contest.
