Unified featherweigth champion Amanda Serrano (46-2-1, 30KOs) returns to her native Puerto Rico for the first time as a professional on Sunday morning.
The IBF, WBA & WBO belt-holder headlines the Coliseo Jose Miguel Agrelot in San Juan against Germany's Nina Meinke (18-3, 4KOs) in her second fight over 12, three-minute rounds.
Serrano previously held all major sanctioning body titles at 126lbs before opting to vacate the WBC trinket after the organisation refused to sanctioning a female fight over 12 x 3 format in December.
The 35-year-old Puerto Rican dominated Danila Ramos over the longer distance back in October, winning all 12 rounds on all three judge's scorecards.
Meinke has previously fought for world honours on one occasion - losing a unanimous decision to former Serrano opponent Sarah Mahfoud for the IBF featherweight title in April 2022.
The full card in Puerto Rican will be shown live on streaming service DAZN in 200 countries - including the UK, Ireland & the United States. Coverage is set to begin at 12am UK time on Sunday morning. Main event ringwalks are expected to start at around 3am, though this may change depending on the duration of fights on the undercard beforehand.
Serrano will be eager to impress in her first pro fight on home soil and understandably enters the bout a big favourite to defend her unified titles at 126lbs.
QuinnBet, BetGoodwin and Betfair have the champion at 1/16 outright, implying an 86.21% chance of winning in her home country.
The German expectedly enters a firm underdog, with PaddyPower offering to win at 14/1 - with an implied chance of just 6.7%.
Check out our in-depth betting preview of Serrano vs Meinke here.
As reflected in the betting odds above, it's hard to look past another win for Serrano at featherweight, particularly considering the backdrop of the fight being her first on Puerto Rican soil.
Meinke will be game and has fought at a high level as a former European champion, but ultimately the superior technical ability of Serrano should see her hand raised in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The longer distance may even allow for Serrano to land her 31st stoppage, and Meinke has previously been halted by Irish sensation Katie Taylor (TKO7, 2017)
