West Ham play hosts in a second London derby in four days when they welcome Crystal Palace to the London Stadium.
Odds Now's Brad Walker (@brad_TWalker) has taken a closer look at the match-up to find the best value from a punting perspective.
New West Ham manager Graham Potter picked up a win in his first Premier League match with the club on Wednesday evening.
The Hammers benefitted from multiple Fulham mishaps to clinch a 3-2 home win in somewhat fortunate fashion, bringing an end to a three-match losing streak in all competitions.
On the same night, Crystal Palace extended their unbeaten run to five matches with a 2-0 away victory at struggling Leicester.
Jean-Philippe Mateta and Marc Guehi scored the goals to secure the Eagles' third win on the road this season.
The visitors remain still trail West Ham by two points heading into this one, but could soon leapfrog them with victory at the London Stadium.
The odds are fairly evenly spread on the winners line, with both sides coming in at odds-against prices.
West Ham are narrow favourites at 13/8 but the victory over Fulham on Wednesday should be viewed with caution.
The 3-2 scoreline certainly doesn't paint a full picture of what actually transpired in a game where Fulham actually looked the better side for large portions.
In fact, despite ending with three goals to their name, West Ham averaged a meagre 0.94 xG across the 90 minutes, compared to the whopping 2.84 averaged by the Cottagers.
Calamitous mistakes gifted West Ham all three of their goals on a plate, allowing them to escape on the winning side.
Potter's men also come up against a Palace side who are on the up after making a difficult start to the campaign.
Oliver Glasner's side have only lost one of their last eight away matches, which came in a 3-2 defeat at Arsenal in the Carabao Cup.
Palace also boast a decent record in this fixture, having lost only one of their previous five meetings with the Hammers.
That came in the reverse fixture back in August, where West Ham picked up a 2-0 win.
Add in what are, in my opinion, very wide odds for a Palace win (17/10, multiple sportsbooks), then backing the away victory looks a worthy punt.
