Spain will be without midfield maestro Rodri, who is suspended following his second yellow card of the tournament against Italy . Real Sociedad midfielder Mikel Merino may be brought in as his replacement.
Albania will also be without forward Mirlind Daku due to his leading of 'derogatory chants' in the aftermath of his nation's 2-2 draw with Croatia on Wednesday.
Spain have already secured a place in the knockout stages with victories over Croatia and Italy in their opening two matches. The wins also mean they are already guaranteed to finish top in Group B, and so some rotation may be expected as Luis de la Fuente looks to rest key figures.
Given the nature of the three sides accompanying them in Group B, Albania came into the tournament heavy underdogs.
However, a rugged performance against the Italians on matchday one was followed by a 2-2 draw with Croatia last time out. A 95th-minute eqauliser from Klaus Gjasula secured their first point of the tournament, but only victory will be enough to see them progress to the knockouts.
Spain are yet to concede a goal at EURO 2024 but that could change if de la Fuente opts to rotate with their place in the knockout stages already secure. Coupled with Albania knowing only a win will see them progress, we expect Sylvinho's side to fly out the gate and get their name on the scoresheet at the Düsseldorf Arena.
Spain 's added quality means this probably won't be enough to secure three vital points for the Albanians, though. Even in a heavily-rotated team, Spain should have too much in the final third to ultimately confirm Albania 's elimination in the group stages.
Spanish forward Mikel Oyarzabal could make his first start in Germany and, having netted five goals in three games prior to the tournament, stands out as a strong pick on the anytime goalscorer line.

Croatian attacking midfielder Nikola Vlasic sat out the Albania match due to a muscle injury and could miss out again here.
Italy head coach Luciano Spalletti has also confirmed full-back Federico Dimarco will be available for selection. The Italian picked up a knock in the 1-0 defeat to Spain last week and has featured in both of his nation's group matches so far.
Croatia are in dire need of three points to secure a place in the knockout stages. Zlatko Dalic's men suffered a damaging 3-0 loss to the Spanish in their opening match and could only muster a draw against an unfancied Albania side on Wednesday. Anything but a win will see Croatia bow out at the group stage for the first time at a European Championship since 2012.
Despite their 2-1 win over Albania on matchday one, Italy 's place in the last 16 is still not secure. Another point should be enough to see the current holders progress, though a win would secure a second-place finish and, on paper, a more favourable draw.
Croatia 's matches have certainly made for an entertaining watch so far. Dalic's side have had little trouble creating chances, averaging 2.5 expected goals (xG) across their two outings. Wasteful finishing cost them against Spain but two quickfire goals saw them assume a 2-1 lead versus Albania before conceding late.
They have also seen plenty of action at the other end of the pitch, though, averaging 1.66 expected goals against (xGA) in those two matches and remain susceptible at the back heading into the Italy encounter.
Given Croatia 's desperation for points, we're predicting another high-scoring encounter in Leipzig.
