The EFL returns on Friday night as Sheffield Wednesday host Sunderland in front of the Sky Sports cameras.

Our tipster Adam Drury picks out a 22/1 bet builder with bet365 for the game.

Bet Builder selections for Sheffield Wednesday vs Sunderland

Selection #1 - Josh Windass to take over 1.5 shots

Windass may be short of goals but that does not mean he doesn't pose a big threat offensively.

The forward has taken at least two shots in four of his last five games, including six at home to Luton and five away at Swansea.

This line has been covered in nine of his last 11 matches at Hillsborough and he even managed two against Burnley – a similar calibre of opponent to Sunderland – at Turf Moor last week.

Selection #2- Wilson Isidor to take over 1.5 shots

This bet wins even more often in the case of Isidor, landing in 11 of his last 12 matches.

He has taken more than two strikes in seven of those games, including in three of his last four.

The Frenchman ranks eighth in the division for shots per game (2.4) this season, so looks an easy bet to get up.

Selection #3 - Shea Charles to score

Charles has been carded nine times this season, with only four players picking up more bookings in the Championship.

Crucially for this bet, the midfielder has picked up a yellow in all of his four matches against the breakaway top four this season, including away at Burnley last week.

He committed four offences in that game and also another four against Leeds last month, showing what a combative player he is when his team are out of possession.

Sunderland should have plenty of the ball in this match and their last six opponents have picked up at least two yellows.

Selection #4 - Dennis Cirkin to be carded

Rounding off this selection is a card for Cirkin, who has picked up six yellows so far this season.

Five of those bookings have come in his last 13 games, including at Leeds in Sunderland's last match on the road.

The full-back has committed a foul in seven of his last eight matches, including multiple fouls in five of his last six, so looks a solid bet to get the odds up to 22/1.
