Manchester City are aiming to reverse a one-goal deficit as they take on Real Madrid at the Bernabeu in Wednesday night's headline Champions League match.

The odds are stacked against Pep Guardiola’s men but these two teams are both partial to a classic encounter in Europe’s premier competition.

Our football tipster Adam Drury picks out a 21/20 and 13/2 bet from the second leg of the tie, focusing on two individuals.

Jude Bellingham fouls

Bellingham scored a dramatic winner for Real at the Etihad Stadium last Tuesday but it is his foul numbers that continue to catch the eye.

The Englishman has been penalised by the referee in all but one of his nine Champions League appearances this season, giving away two free-kicks on five of those occasions.

The trend extends into La Liga football, too, where he has drawn the whistle 21 times in 20 outings, including four times against Atletico Madrid and twice against Barcelona.

Already a goal up in the tie, we are likely to see plenty of spoiling tactics from Carlo Ancelotti's side, for whom Bellingham committed a foul in each of the two quarter-final legs against City last season.

Josko Gvardiol shots

Gvardiol regularly finds himself in a dangerous position for Manchester City, firing off 1.45 shots per game in the Premier League this season.

He has had at least one effort in 16 of his 24 top-flight matches – and while his Champions League record has not been as good, he let fly twice against Real in the first leg.

The Croatian defender also scored on this ground this last season with a long-range effort and loves to make late darts into the box from deep positions.

With City needing to score and Real bound to give up territory, the opportunity should be there for the attacking-minded full-back to fire off more shots.

Let’s try the 1+ and 2+ lines on both Bellingham fouls and Gvardiol shots for 21/20 and 13/2 doubles.
