The Premier League action continues on Wednesday evening, with six matches taking place up and down the country.

Odds Now's Brad Walker (@brad_TWalker) has put up an intriguing 37/1 four-fold to mark the occasion.

Premier League accumulator selections for Wednesday, April 2, 2025

Selection #1 - Brentford draw no bet vs Newcastle - 12/5

Newcastle are still riding high on their Carabao Cup triumph, which they celebrated in front of a packed crowd at the weekend.

Still, the Magpies haven't exactly convinced at home at various points of the season.

In fact, Eddie Howe's side have lost three of their last five at St James' Park in all competitions and welcome a Brentford side who are on a roll in away fixtures.

The Londoners are unbeaten in their last six on the road and have won each of their last five.

It's still easy to see why Brentford remain underdogs given the positioning of these two in the table, so backing Brentford on the 'draw no bet' line is a sensible avenue.

This means, providing the rest of the selections come in, the bet will still win at a reduced price.

Selection #2 - Brighton to beat Aston Villa - 21/20

The Seagulls were unlucky to be knocked out of the FA Cup on penalties at the weekend, but there's still been plenty of reason for optimism given their recent form.

The loss to Nottingham Forest was only their third loss of 2025 and were also unbeaten in seven matches prior to that match.

Brighton have also won each of their last four home games and, while Aston Villa are in form themselves, the visitors' recent results on the road are somewhat deceiving.

Unai Emery's side may have won their last three away games, but two of these came against opponents they were fancied to beat in Brugge and Preston.

The other was against Brentford, who have inexplicably failed to record a single home win since the first week of December.

Villa had only won two of their previous seven away fixtures prior to that, casting doubt over their prospects on the south coast on Wednesday evening.

Selection #3 - Man City to beat Leicester to nil - 21/20

Losing Erling Haaland for what could be the rest of the season is a big blow, but most would still expect Manchester City to have too much for this mediocre Leicester side.

The visitors haven't scored in eight of their last 10 in the Premier League.

And while City have been far from watertight, questions remain over whether the Foxes have enough quality in their ranks to ask them the same questions in the same way other teams have.

All in all, backing the home win to nil at an odds-against price is an offer worth jumping on.

    Selection #4 - Bournemouth to beat Ipswich & BTTS - 7/4

It's easy to have sympathy for Bournemouth. Andoni Iraola's side have enjoyed a brilliant season but recent results haven't gone their way.

The Cherries were knocked out of the FA Cup at the weekend and have also failed to win any of their last four in the league.

Still, they face an Ipswich side which has taken just two points from their last 10 league games.

Nevertheless, Kieran McKenna's side have scored in seven of those matches and travel to a Bournemouth side who have not kept a clean sheet in any of their last seven in all competitions.
