Scottish Premiership leaders Celtic travel to sixth-placed Dundee on Sunday afternoon as the away side look to maintain their title push.

Celtic have won all three of their encounters so far this term. Kick-off is set for 3pm UK time at the Scot Foam Stadium.

Recent Form

Dundee

The hosts could have already had a huge part to play in the title race after holding second-placed Rangers to a 0-0 home draw last time out. The match was the first point they'd taken off either of the top two this season. Across their three matches with Celtic this season, Dundee have managed to score just once while conceding 13. A bulk of those came in their most recent encounter, where Celtic ran out resounding 7-1 winners in February.

Nevertheless, Dundee have only lost one of their last five home matches in the league. Tony Docherty's side have averaged a respectable return of 1.31 goals scored on home soil so far, but four of these matches have seen them fail to score.

Dundee have also made habit of conceding chances at the Scot Foam Stadium, averaging a worrying expected goals against (xGA) tally of 1.56 per game. Remarkably, they've still managed to register seven clean sheets across their 16 home outings this term.

The chances conceded will remain a concern as they prepare for the visit of the division's highest-scorers, though.

Celtic

Brendan Rodgers' side are unbeaten in their last four league outings, three of which have ended in victory, and Celtic have scored at least three goals in their last six matches in all competitions. Last time out, the Hoops secured passage to the Scottish Cup final after defeating Aberdeen on penalties at Hampden Park.

Boasting the best away-record in the division, Celtic have won 12 of their 17 away matches so far, losing just two of these games. They've scored an impressive 2.24 goals and have failed to score on just two occasions on the road. Ten of these fixtures have seen them score three or more.

Their defensive record makes for even better reading; 14 goals conceded, at an average of 0.82 per game, has led to seven clean sheets on their travels so far.

Prediction

Celtic's rampant form, combined with their positive record against Sunday's opponents, makes anything other than an away win unlikely this weekend. Though little value can be found in backing Celtic on the moneyline, their impressive goalscoring record makes more goals a likelihood at the Scot Foam Stadium.

OddsNow's Picks: Over 3.5+ away goals scored (5/2 @ UNIBET)
