Chelsea welcome Champions League-chasing Tottenham Hotspur to Stamford Bridge on Thursday evening.
The hosts come into the game in ninth, while Spurs sit seven points behind fourth-placed Aston Villa with two games in hand. Kick-off is set for 7:30pm UK time.
The home side have struggled for consistency all season as they look to find their feet under Mauricio Pochettino. After suffering a damaging 5-0 defeat at title-chasing Arsenal last week, Chelsea fought back from two goals down to eventually draw 2-2 with Villa on Saturday evening. Their away form has been poor this campaign, with Chelsea winless in their last five matches on the road in the Premier League.
The Blues will therefore be grateful to return to their own patch, particularly given their 6-0 victory over Everton in their most recent home outing. The match also saw star man Cole Palmer score four goals.
Chelsea have averaged 1.75 points per home fixture this season, winning three of their last five at Stamford Bridge. Pochettino's men have also impressed against the top sides on home soil, drawing with each of the top three in the league.
Goals haven't been hard to come by, with Chelsea scoring an average of 2.19 in front of their home fans. Only three of these matches have seen them fail to score.
Their expansive approach going forward has also led to a wealth of goals conceded; Chelsea have averaged 1.56 shipped at home so far, keeping only four clean sheets in the process.

Spurs have suffered damaging back-to-back defeats in their two recent outings. After suffering a 4-0 hammering at Newcastle, their woes were compounded with a 3-2 home loss to bitter rivals Arsenal on Sunday afternoon.
Though Spurs are winless in their last three away games, they still boast the fifth-best away record in the division. Their 1.5 points averaged on the road still pales in comparison to the 2.12 averaged on home turf, though.
Like Chelsea, scoring goals haven't been a problem for Ange Postecoglou's men. They've averaged 1.94 on the road so far, failing to score in only four away matches. Eleven of their 16 away fixtures have seen them score at least twice.
However, also like their opponents on Thursday, Spurs have struggled at the back. An average of 1.75 conceded in away games has led to just four clean sheets so far.
Both sides have been riddled with inconsistency this term as they come to the end of their first season under new managers. While both have shown signs of progress, Chelsea's positive home record against sides in the top six makes them the sensible pick here.
