The Championship returns on Friday night as Bristol City host Norwich in front of the Sky Sports cameras at Ashton Gate.

Jason Knight to take over 1.5 shots

Knight has been shooting regularly in recent weeks and this looks a great time to back him again.

The midfielder has passed this mark in four of his last five games, including having four efforts in Tuesday's 1-1 draw at Sheffield United.

He hasn't been substituted all season, so we can be confident we'll get 90 minutes out of him, and recent form suggests this is a banker.

Norwich have conceded at least 10 shots in eight of their last nine outings, which helps our cause.

Josh Sargent to take over 1.5 shots

At the other end, we'll back one of the Championship's most prolific players to fire off a couple of efforts.

Sargent was a substitute in Tuesday's disappointing 3-2 to defeat to Sheffield Wednesday but should be back in the side here and had passed this mark in eight straight matches.

That run includes three, two and three shots away at Watford, Hull and Blackburn, so we don’t need to worry about the Canaries being on the road.

Both teams to score

Norwich have been involved in far more matches that have seen both teams score than any other side, scoring and conceding in 65% of their games.

The visitors have seen goals at both ends in their last five matches, including a 4-2 win over Stoke and the midweek 3-2 defeat.

Bristol City have scored in 10 of their last 11 home games, with their last two finishing 2-1 and 1-1.

The hosts have also kept just two clean sheets in 12 overall.

Kellen Fisher to be carded

Fisher has been carded eight times this season so is a good pick to boost the odds into long-shot territory.

The full-back has received a booking in two of his last four away games and picked one up in the reverse fixture in November.

He has committed 14 fouls in his last 11 games, including multiple offences in five of them.
